Why are there so many on Yahoo! Answers instead of doing their own homework???

This isn't going to get your homework done - but you shutting off your computer and opening your book might.

Just a suggestion.

That's 12 questions -- from a dozen different parts of the govt and legal system.

I'm assuming the rest of your homework is in other questions.

Try reading Article I of the Constitution -- and checking Wikipedia for definitions of govt terms.

And the rest of your answers (ex. 26, 31, 33, 34) are neither true nor false as a general rule -- the answer varies by state -- so, you'd need to give whatever answer your textbook (and teacher) wanted.

Sure, I'll help you with one, but I'm not doing all of them. It's your homework, you do it.
