Storage is not important. I would be happy with 100 songs. I need one that sounds clean and loud. Ive looked up on some websites but it says little about quality of sound. What will bump a little for around a hun.

try the ipod shuffle.. its pretty good! and not expensive!

uhh...look at the iriver clix?? i think its about 100 dollars, but you can only find it on the internet. also, the creative zen stone plus(with a screen) or just the creative zen stone. have you thought about the ipod? it doesnt have that good of sound quality though. look at cnet.com and click the tab "reviews" and mp3 players, then editors' top mp3 players... :P

I HAVE THE SCAN DISK E260, IT'S $99 ON WALMART.COM, THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS WERE GREAT. THE SOUND IS GOOD, AND THE BEST PART IS, IT CAN SHOW VIDEO AND PICTURES, AND PLAY UP TO 1,000 SONGS. IT'S ACTUALLY A PRETTY GOOD INVESTMENT.

the ipod shuffle is a good one...holds about 250 songs and is $79.00. Might be able to get it cheaper on ebay. They are very light and small

I would recommend a ipod shuffle if that's the case.
It's very light, and very small, and you can get it in 1 gb.
but of course you dont get to see your music.
If you want one with a screen....
