Period help?

I'm on ortho tri cyclen lo, I've been on it for a year and I missed my period or September, I took two pregnancy tests and they both came out negative. What happened? Why did I miss my period? I'm in college and I know it could be because of stress but I missed it for the whole month. Help. Thanks

Sometimes due to stress a period can be missed for an entire month, but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
