Lilly

Grace

Tiffany

Bailey

Jayla

Krystal

Riley

Mercedes

Or for a biblical name.. all I can think of is Lilith... but I'm not sure you would want your baby being associated with someone like her. Good luck :)

If you like the name Isabella so much then use it. Who cares if other children have it? Children are always going to have the same name as your child unless it's completely out of this world... and really, who wants that for their poor kid? Isabella is a beautiful and strong name for a girl.

I wanted to use Selah Grace for many years, and then never used it for either of my duaghters! Selah is in the Psalms, and means a brief, liturgical rest and isn't meant to be a name, but I always thought if the names together as resting in grace. I have Hannah Simone (which I struggled with the popularity of this name but it is who she is!) and Esther Rose.

Arabella seems an obvious choice ... similar to Isabella AND with a bonus "yielding to pray" meaning. ;)

You might also consider Isidora/Isadora. It literally translates to "gift of Isis," but is sometimes loosely translated to "gift of God" (as Isis was an Egyptian goddess). For a more obviously Christian link, there's also Saint Isidore. ;) Hope it helps!

What about Briana Sophia, or Liana Renee? I am 5 mos pregnant, and we went to find out if it was a boy or girl, and surprise, the baby's legs were crossed and the hands covering... lol, our ultra sound pictures show two little leg bones and finger bones for the sex, so congrats on your little girl and her name :)
