Sorry so many people are such uneducated idiots. Nothing If you are 16 the person has to be 4 years older than you to be charge with anything.

The age of consent in Alabama, and most states, is 16. So nothing would happen.

According to the law, nothing. The age of consent to have a sexual relationship in Alabama is 16. That means that, once a person is 16, she can have sex with an 18-year-old if she wants to and the law can't say anything about it. So, legally, nothing.
Now her daddy might have another say, unless of course her brother is the 18-year-old. :-)

The same thing that would happen in any other state, she will be a mother. 16 is the legal age of concent, in most states,, to have sex with a partner of any age, so if she isn't already pregnant, talk with her, put her on pill, and tell her to tell her bf to wear a condom.
