So, I haven't been able to talk to one of my sorta-friends because he is never listening. To make things worse, he has a girlfriend who I think detests me.
K, I'm not exactly fond of not being listened to, so I end up having to wap him on the head, and lately that isn't even working. Friday night, while with his girlfriend, he was a lot more rude towards me, I lost control and tried to hyperextend his shoulder in an upright hammerlock before (thank god) being pushed by a good friend, bringing me back to my senses from my semi-consious submission holding. This has been going on for a while.
His girlfriend has made things near impossible at reconciliation. I tried giving them both Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, but they turned them down, his girlfriend saying I probably poisoned it. This was the same day as the hyperextension attempt.
This semi-friend does have his nice moments but these are far between. I've known him for 4 years now...
Seriously what should I do? =(

Making things worse, I am terrible at making friends so I'd rather have someone who listens to me on rare occasions than no one at all.

Seriously, dump both of them. I don't think you're so old that you can't make new friends and much better quality? Look around you, you'll find. It's no good to stick to those who don't appreciate us. It's hurting, it makes you loose your head. Leave them alone and go for other friends. It's easier than you imagine... you just forgot how to... Good luck!

Quite frankly, I don't think these two qualify as friends. Don't waste your time on them.

Find some new friends. You are bound to have some interests that you may share with others, so why not search out these folks and meet with them?

just from what you said it sounds like it's girlfriend trouble: especially if he's only your semi-friend, you have to have respect for his girlfriend. that means not crossing the line. hitting him, grabbing his arm, demanding things of him, that's being disrespectful to both him, and his girl. seems like he;s just stuck between arock and hard spot with it.
if you're semi friends, act like it, don't act like he's your boyfriend and you can boss him around

hey....solve all the friend...semi-friend, sorta friend (whatever the hell that is)...and just have no friends.

Works for me. In fact...I only have 2 close friends....not including my wife...whose my best friend.

So....limit the circle. Then you won't have all these asinine and silly problems.
