You should take care of your body while you are young! I'm in high school right now, and my existence is just as lively as the other girls in my school who are drinking monsters for lunch, eating nothing else. Coffee won't help much if you're so tired. Sleep will work infinitely better. Exercise to get more sleep! Drugs are never the answer...getting rid of an addiction will become a bigger problem. So don't bring coffee to school.. work on your self control and your perseverance to keep your body healthly! Then you will be able to pay attention in class ^_^ if you're happy.

It depends on the teacher. Once you get into High School you're more likely to be able to, but you'll always have those few teachers that will say no. Don't be afraid to ask.
Some tips on not being tired.
Sleep earlier.
Avoid caffeine 8 hours before bed so you can sleep have an hour of down time before you drift off, and no BIG meals.
Much luck!

It depends on your school's policy. No food or drink may be allowed in class. That's pretty common. You could keep a thermos in your locker and grab a swig between classes, though.
I'd also suggest getting as much rest as you can, and taking up meditation in the evenings if you can't afford to get any more sleep. You might also make sure youre getting enough nutrition- your lack of energy may be related to that, as well.

It is a no.
It sets a bad example. Students will want to drink and eat in class.
It probably is against school rules.
It is unprofessional.
You can get along without the coffee,
