Colour derives from the spectrum of light and black, grey and silver do not reflect light, therefore are not part of this spectrum and therefore are not colours.

Well I know black isnt considered a color because I've learned that u just mix up a whole bunch of colors like blue and purple and it would probably make black. If u get a permanent marker and put a scribble on a piece of paper then get it wet and leave it alone for about 20 min. then u will see that it might come out blue or purple or maybe even a rainbow.
