It's most likely an allergic reaction to soap or KY. That is if you masturbate. And that it's just an "itch". Itching shouldn't be anything really serious. In Men mostly. Women it might be a sign of a UTI coming on. In Men it's usually just a mild infection ( non STD ) or an allergic reaction to something. An STD would burn like hell and you wouldn't be sitting here asking us you'd be at the Doc's getting a shot or a pill! You need an antibiotic to get rid of the itch though. Don't asj me why. I'm allergic to KY and get this probably a lot. Until they come out with a better product I have to use the stuff.

If by chance you are for whatever reason peeing in a bottle regularly. When you hold your penis to the bottle opening too tight the pressure buildup will force air into your head along with urine mist. This air inside the shaft causes itching. work the air out and don't pee in those little bottles.

To me it sounds like a standard Urinary Tract Infection. (UTI) If so, it won't go away unless you get antibiotics. The doc will make you pee in a cup and then test the urine for bacteria. It isn't unusual to get a UTI if you are sexually active, especially of you let your member near her backdoor.
