I was skateboarding and I sat on my skateboard and went down a ramp and slipped off the back so now I have a scar on my hand, a cluster of little scars on my hip, and on my knee some of my skin came off so now it's red. Well, this happened yesterday, Sunday, and my hand scar is on the knuckle of mf pinky, right hand, and it hurts. It looks like it's bleeding but it's not. It's a little swollen and around the red looks-like-bleeding part it's a greenish,brownish,yellowish color.
Is it infected? Explain infected please.

Well, I hope you disinfected it very well. Sounds like a bruise, unless the greenish, brownish, yellowish is oozing out of your hand, in that case it's infected and you should see a doctor.

Pore peroxide in or rub it on the cut/sore. If it bubbles up and starts tingling, it's infected. If its infected, that doesn't mean you have to run to the doctors, just put peroxide and neosporan on it daily and pay attention to any changes. Don't pick the cut and make sure nothing is rubbing it to cause irritations. Also, watch the soap and lotion you use, it could cause bruising or infection if there is direct contact with the cut.
