Well, I'd like to think I'm prepared to change, and it appears I've been avoiding it and becoming more miserable.
Good point!
How easily I fall into comfortable patterns of living, thinking, and being!
Elusive dreams, fluttering within reach until a soft breeze carries it away. Too late? No. Follow it until it lands in your palm.

It is not quite simple to change, nor is being miserable a choice., No rational person that I know would choose to be miserable. There are forces sometimes which prevent us from changing. The inability of living in a stable environment for example, will scar some individuals for life. Poverty and lack of opportunity or to get an education may make it impossible for an individual to change. On the other hand, becoming aware of all the negative forces which we have to contend with, may be the catalyst for change. In the final analysis no matter how difficult it is to change for the better, where there is a will , there is a way.

depends on what's changing....I've had a very changable life- health issues, divorce- remarrying- children- parents health issues all and all I've learned not to stress too much about it-
though screaming sometimes helps vent the anger of situations that are beyond my control but in the end - if you can't fix it you have to let it go and move on
