Lillian Quinn is awesome - Lillian is such a pretty, feminine name and it really gets some kick from the hard-hitting Quinn. And with a last name like Smith, you really need all the awesomeness you can get with the first and middle names lol. I could just see Lillian being called Lily Quinn a lot - that just sounds so cute! Plus, it's unique (the combination), but not 'kre8ative' if you know what I mean.

I really like Quinn for a girl so I would have it be the first name but I guess Quinn Lillian doesnt sound as good as Lillian Quinn so go with it!!

The an in Lillian kind of clashes with the in in Quinn but im sure it has meaning so go for it!

It's not very easy on the eyes with all the repeating letters, and Quinn is really masculine IMO. How about.....

Lillian kind of rhymes too much with Quinn to me, personally. I like both of the names though.... maybe just not together.

I love the name Lillian (I've always spelled it Lilyanne) and I've never thought of Quinn as a middle name, but it is very pretty! Very good idea!!

A bit old sounding but Lilly for a petname is cute! I thought Quinn was more a boys name but each to their own. If you like the name then do it.
