I have a group of friends that I've been friends with since high school.....while we were in high school we were "the girls"...people wanted to be friends with us, date us, look like us, dress like us, and party with us......now we're out of high school....and I feel like some girls in my group are still in that mindset....they still treat other people like ****...but I've changed since those years.....and especially yesterday when we saw some guys from high school (who are nice guys) my friends started talking **** to them and just being plain out rude.....how do I deal with this?

new friends!
if that seems like a thing in the past for you then honnestly branch off and find people who are more like you now. still keep in contact/ try to stay close just socialize a little more and put yourself out there! GOOD LUCK

Definately need new friends! But now, people might see you guys for who you are. The thing to do now, is to prove that you can be nice, and that you are different from those girls who treat other people like crap. People will realize you are different, and might try to be your friend. Its good that you've out grown them, continue on that path...and you'll never get decent friends. Be nice and open, and let them know, you are not cold hearted. For the guys, if you ever see them again, try to apoligize for your "friends". It could be a good way to start new friendships.

Well it sounds like back in the day you were a shallow asshole. Now you've grown and matured. People are judged by the company they keep, so if i were you i'd find some new friends.

get new friends, through out your life-time you will have friends that will come and go; some you cant control, and some you will get rid of on your own. very rare do we meet "true" friends and most of them are hard to keep
