I have it all together. I just don't have anything big enough to put it in. For that I do need help. You are begging the question. We all need help. Those who think they have it all together are deluding themselves. Fortunately, I have all the answers, if I can just remember where I put them.

Sounds like you know the answer yourself. If you know that things are not the way you want them to be then seek some assistance for yourself. If you're not being honest with yourself the only person you are really dishonest with is yourself.

Seek help from within. Noone can help you better than yourself. Others may offer advice, but only you can take action on that advice. Also, if you seek help from others, you risk making yourself vulnerable to others. Choose your help wisely.

There's a simple reality - if you ignore a problem, it just won't get better. If you're falling apart at the seams and can't admit it, you're not doing yourself any favours. I've had to swallow my pride and ask for help a few times, but in so doing I have fixed my problems and become stronger... from which position I can help others.

Believing that you have it all together works only if you do. IF you don't it's one of the most common forms of denial that we indulge ourselves in, Knowing that you don't and getting help really means that you have it together more than you realize.

Believing the truth is always best!
Deluding yourself is the same as putting your hands over your eyes and thinking no-one can see you!
If you don't face up to things you can't deal with them, but it doesn't mean they aren't there!

Knowing you don't and seeking help. Just think Socrates--he knew he was smarter for saying he didn't know certain things than the persons who were deluded into pretending they did know. Someone who knows he doesn't know knows more than someone who doesn't know he doesn't know.

If you don't ask for help, you will probably won't be able to do anything right. Everyone is a newbie at some point. you can either ask for help or learn the hard way
