I think they are frustrated uncertified counselors. They are very impressed with their own knowledge of life and really want to help others not as smart as them.
Or......they just have a better line o'B.S. than the rest of us. Others take life WAY to seriously. Personally, I grade the answers to my questions on sass quite often!
