look in a mens clothing shop for white ones and buy yellow dye.

Have you tried home depot? They have suspenders. You might be able to pick up a pair of boots there too. As for the coat and pants you could use a cheap rain suit but it would get too hot to keep buttoned up. Will it be warm inside the party enough to wear a bikini underneath?

Buy regular suspenders and spray them with a yellow fabric paint or wrap them in a yellow fabric. Have you tried a costume store?

There is a particular kind of suspenders that aren't meant for just holding up your trousers but for holding up a toolbelt. They are wider and have bigger clips. Sometimes they come in yellow or other vivid colors. You find them in larger hardware stores.
