I live on about 400 dollars a month...so I struggle day to day. The food bank helps, and so does having really helpful friends.
My mother who works for the government brings home 30k a year and struggles paycheck to paycheck...and she only has to support herself...

I'm not comfortable but I'm not struggling either. I make enough money to pay my bills and still have some left over. I have some savings but not enough. But I don't go hungry or anything.

Most of the time I am comfortable. Sometimes it's paycheck to paycheck. I guess that's part of being a single mom. My son and his needs come first in my book.

Luckily we are comfortable. Although to have this money, my husband is gone out of town 20 days out of the month. We don't see a lot or each other.

Comfortable. But it took years and years. When young I lived paycheck to paycheck too and thought I was unhappy. Wrong!

Comfortable enough. Not rich, but not living paycheck to paycheck either. Of course, I could always be a little more "comfortable". :-)
