like Disturbia or Hide and Seek? By "realistic" I mean "possible". In both of those movies nothing was supernatural or impossible. I also want some that are scary.

And V for Vendetta, I don't think it is a thriller, but what are other movies like it?

There is a movie that should be coming out in wide release at any point.. probably in 08.. called Jack Ketchum's The Girl Next Door... It is not only realistic, the book was a fictional account of a real case.. it is horrifying and there is not one supernatural thing about it.

This is an author that Stephen King reads when he wants to be scared.. that says quite a bit..

That is the most... disturbing book I've ever read.

"16 blocks" is a VERY entertaining thriller!!

I also enjoyed "finders fee." It's an exciting thriller that had me guessing throughout.

Saw is good, if you consider that a thriller.

The Bourne series are wonderful thrillers!

The Illusionist, and The Prestige are two of my favourite movies, and both will literally keep you on the edge of your seat!

I think the best realistic thriller is PANIC ROOM

Check out "Mind Hunters" and "Basic".
I don't remember who plays in "mind hunters" but I know that John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson play in "basic".

Good luck.
