I didn't know it was wrong at the time, and something just triggered the memory. I only remember what I did, not anything that happened after to that situation.

What is past is gone, worrying about it won't change the fact that it happened, all you can do is learn from it and move on. It is probably worrying you now because a similar situation must be occurring.

It is pointless to worry, however, you may want to apologize or make amends if you can't get past it, especially if you hurt someone.

If it's possible to fix it, fix it. Even if you find out that you fixed it then, fix it anyway. These things never go away. I've been in the same boat, and there's no way to fix it. It bothers me still.

If it came to mind, you might think about whether it is possible to make amends. It is obviously important to you.
