Many schools have after school tutoring programs, especially for math/algebra. As it's already been said, ask your algebra teacher for help. Teachers are usually happy to assist a student that actually asks for help.

First place to go is your teacher. Maybe he/she can help you. Set up a time after school. Also, ask her if she could recommend another student, an upper classman, for tutoring.
