Hi, I need to know wich is better, intake manifold gaskets or
valley pan and why, if anyone knows, please let me know, thanks...

actually, the valley pan was some desk bound engineers idea. It didn't last long!! I never did quite figure out what it was supposed to accomplish.

It's like this.Some cars have intakes that have a vally pan,and side gaskets for the intake,and some are just the side intake gaskets.No one is better,just what is required for the engine.

depends on make and model a lot of gms used valley pans and if your car came with one than the intake gaskets will be made onto the valley pan if your car did not have one when it was built then you don't need one and could not get one for it
