When I wash my clothes the collar or the part where your head goes through gets stretched very badly and it ruins my clothes. How do I stop this and is there a way to make my clothes go back to normal?

1) Button up the shirts & turn them inside out.

2) Do not over stuff the washer. The clothes don't get as clean & get stretched out or pilled.

The clothes should move or churn quickly but not seem to float around.

3) Use warm water & the gentlest cycle possible or use a front loading washer because it won't have an agitator.

There's no way to shrink the collar w/o shrinking the shirt all over.

no way to make them go back to normal

handwash your clothes and dry them in the gentle mode or just lay them out on a towel to dry (hanging wet clothes will stretch it)

it might be from how you hang it always put the hanger through the bottom not the collar of the shirt you can also put your shirts in a mesh bag to wash it will protect them

use a hosiery/lingerie bag to wash and dry them in. or lay them on a towel on a flat surface to dry.
