Who's Been Let Down Less Than 10000 Times In Their Life??
If I Didn't Forget It'd Be An Awful Lot Of Remembering To Do.

Yes, My Ex-husband. To many things to go into, I could write a book! And no I will never forget some of the things, but the key thing in it all is. I forgave him, that was the easy part. It is always easier to be friends than enemies. He taught me alot in the 24 years that we were married. We get along better now than we did then. Forgiving is a good thing.

People let me down a lot. And I mean a lot.
But I forgive them. In my head, I guess I'd want the same, too, if I messed things up. So I forgive because in the end, someone will do that for you.
At least that's what I think.

Of course, everyone has someone let them down at one point or another. I find it's best to just forget that person if the let you down too badly or too often.

People let you down all the time in life. The reason it hurts is because you care about them and you expect the same in return. I have learned that you need to be true to yourself. If you are a caring person, don't change. Don't become selfish like the person who hurts you. That's their problem if they want to be selfish and miserable in life. You don't need them. Treat everyone with love and respect. God will take care of you. Believe me.

Of course they have - but life goes on. Depending on the individual situation and my relationship to the offender I might forgive and forget the act of treason or I might totally eliminate that person from my life. Each situation has its own unique merits.

I've ran into a few socio-paths (People who have no remorse, whatsoever) and it confuses me.
It depends on the person if they forgot what they did. People who are nicer seem more empathetic then those who are only out for themselves.
For example:
Nicole Richie -- Sociopath
Mother Teresa -- Compassionate

yea, definitely yea. It's always been a man, and always because he cheated on me. I am a serial monogamist, so it's hard for me to understand why someone feels the need to do this. My current boyfriend totally broke my heart. We're still together and I have forgiven him. Truthfully though, it effects my thoughts. I can't forget.

Everyone lets someone down at some point. Im sure you have let someone down before, and may not have even known it. Depending on what happened, theres nothing wrong with forgiving someone.

I have been let down quite a few times but I just pick up from where I left off and leave those people behind because one day they will need me. It's called Karma.
