I would not even care. Except I sometimes have bird droppings that landed on my car and I think goats would be even worse if they flew like birds.

I think it would be really strange, scary, and very funny, but highly unlikely. And the impact on tourism alone due to harzardist flying conditions would mean they would sadly have to be penned up somewhere.
