I wish I knew the answer to that question!! Too many people let their kids run and do what ever they want, whenever they want as long as they don't get in their way, they seem to be fine with it!!

maybe when the youth started acting out and causing so much grief to the society

right after ttthe baby boomers..

after that they figured there wasn't any point..lol
