how do i make fiber glass stuff/and what stuff i need?

The materials are most readily available at boating supply stores, surfboard shops, and some hardware stores. Don't try it until you learn how to do it properly, since the materials are nasty if not properly handled.

You need fiberglass resin, glass cloth, catalyst, mold materials, separators, and numerous tools.

As Frank said, you can get into all kinds of trouble if you don't know what you are doing, so learn how to do it before you try it. Everything from setting yourself on fire to sticking your nose to your elbow for the rest of your life to poisoning yourself to dying of asphyxiation.
