I am 1/2 Asian 1/2 white. I am thinking of applying for a job there. Do they have a certain type that they usually hire?
And to some people, please do not call me a s*lut or anything. I just need a decent job.

No, Race or Nationality doesn't play a part in getting hired at Hooters. And the other users comments are right also. You don't have to be big breasted or look like a barbie either. Just as long as you look nice in the uniform. And wanting to work at Hooters doesn't make you a slut, and anyone that would think that is just ignorant. Lifeguards wear less clothing than Hooters Girls and no one thinks they're sluts. Sure, there are probably some slutty women that work at Hooters, but there are also sluts that work at applebees, the mall, the library, etc... They just get a negative stereotype. I worked there for over three years and honestly served more couples, women, and families than just men. It's a fun place to work, you'll make great money, and they have good benefits too such as tuition reimbursement, insurance, and they were always great about working around my schedule. So go for it girl! I hope you get a job there, enjoy it, and make some $$$!!!! Best of luck!

Hooter's is an EOE. They do not hire based on race, religion and all that. That is against the law. Good looking, experience, good personality and a nice smile will give you a good start on getting employed there.

Race isn't a factor, they'll hire any woman who is attractive and looks nice in the uniform. Your boobs don't even have to be that big, as long as you look nice in the uniform, they're happy. No specific race, hair color or anything like that.

Race doesn't play a factor with them, but being pretty does. Any race is fine, but if you're not good looking and have a nice shape, they'll tell you to move on.

yes my girl works there and shes half asian also, she makes 700 a week in tips. deff do it.. race has nothing to do with it!!!!!!!!!!
