Say again? LOL You lost me at both "non-English" and "non-foreign." Perhaps if you specify what your heritage actually is (since it's apparently not English/American), it would be easier to suggest a few names that would actually meet these criteria. If you're Arabic, for example, obviously Arabic names would be both non-English and non-foreign, but short of having that info, this is a fairly impossible question to answer. ;)

Elizabeth Ruby, it's classy and if you like the nn Libby can be used.

Samuel Henry, it's a very sturdy American name that can suit almost anyone, also the nn Sam can be used.
