Dont take this the wrong way.

It isnt legal in New York, Florida and Texas because it isnt legal in New York, Florida and Texas. That's the reason.

The people in those states do not support legislation to make medical marijuana legal. Besides, it is not legal in any state because the Federal Government has passed laws that make it illegal and subject to prosecution. To my knowledge, they have not made any major push to enforce it. But technically, you could be busted by the Feds for possession or possession with intent to sell in any state, regardless of the Medical Marijuana laws of that state.

Nicely worded... I think you could use an education. Possibly grammar school and geography... There are more states in America than California, Oregon, Hawaii, Alaska, New York, Florida and Texas.

Medical Marijuana is a Godsend. Although in all honesty I think marijuana should be completely legalized.

Ignorance on the part of voters and/or legislatures in those states. Medicinal marijuana should be legal throughout the US.

I've seen for myself that medicinal marijuana can help cancer patients in therapy. I understand that is also useful for treating glaucoma in some people.

Laws vary by state -- each state can pass its own laws on what it considers legal or illegal.

However -- medical marijuana is not entirely legal anywhere in the US -- because even in states where the states have chosen not to prosecute the activity -- it can still be punished under federal drug laws, which are independent.

Look at the area the states are in. Florida and Texas are in the south which is generally conservative so that could be why.

Because each state makes its own laws.

But the Feds will still bust you, even in CA, OR, HI and AK.
