Since you are only concerned with Box A, Box B can be ignored.

Probablity equals the number of possible successes (reds + blues) out of the total number of possible outcomes (reds + blues + yellows)

Therefore, your answer is (reds + blues) / (reds + blues + yellows)

(10 + 16) / (10 + 16 + 14) = 26/40 = 13/20.

10+16+14=40
so 10+16=26
26 over 40 reduced is 13 over 40
