I'd say that is a bargin! They sell them where I live for $5000. You have to have a permit to own one. I'd make sure if you purchase it you get one, the fines and punishment for possession of one without is tremendous.

I sincerely doubt it. There are very few being sold, so it's a sellers market, they charge what they want to and there's no reduced cost on animals that can be sold at high prices.
