one is the copperhead and the other is some kind of rattle snake.. what kind?

We used to live in CT and the Conservation office told us there were Timber Rattlers. We saw a copperhead or two, but never any kind of rattlesnake.

There are no poisonous snakes. The correct term is "venomous". The other one native to the northeastern US is the timber rattlesnake.
