Those names mixed together sounds really bad (sorry) but used as a first and middle name...April Nakira...they sound rather fresh and pretty.

I more "normal" name and a more modern way people are combining names is hyphenating. How about taking the RIL from April and using the name Riley and using Akira and making Akira-Riley

The first thing that sprang to mind was Paprika but you don't want to name a baby that!
What about "Anira". I know a little baby with this name. Also maybe...Parina, Panira, Rinara, Kilara, Napira, Laprina
