NO NO NO!!...Yes, these intermittent violations become a real pain in the you know where! - but we want you to stay. If we all leave, something precious will be lost. Although I joined the 'other' site, I still spend the greater amount of time here and I love your questions and input!

My true opinion for what it's worth is stay put,obviously there are many people who appreciate you on this site and it would be the poorer for it if you departed. That goes for others who have expressed the possibility of leaving, you people are what makes the site what it is, and worth visiting, already some have gone and we should try to encourage them to come back.Recently everyone who answered what was a very innocent question got a thumbs down and I couldn't for the life off me see any reason for it.Let us start a return to Seniors campaign and get it back to how it should be, I am a only recent visitor to the site and have made a very good friend here.

Well, I read the first part of your question: "do you think I should quit visiting seniors?" I had an answer all worked out: NO, keep on visiting them. They probably enjoy your company, because most of them probably don't get any other visitors, what with their families being "too busy to be bothered" with them. (Kids don't visit parents or grandparents.)
Then I opened it up and read the rest of it, which indicates you are speaking of this category of "Senior Citizens" here on Yahoo Answers... !!! lol.
On second thought, I believe I'll stand by my answer, because hey, if the Senior Citizens on here had their children and grandchildren visit them more often (in the real world), they wouldn't have enough time to be on the computer as much.
(Not that there is anything wrong with being on the computer, mind you! Here I am... !!!)
So, yeah, keep on visiting (here on Senior Citizens) -- AND go visit someone in the real world too! It would make their day!

OK....true opinion. You're part of the group and WE like you here. Don't know who's done the reporting, but be sure it's not one of us. In other words, STAY. Sincerity and wit and humor is always what we're about....don't let the grumps run you off!

I can only speak for myself but I enjoy the jokes. I don't care what people say or ask here as long as they don't get rude mean or nasty. There is a Jokes & Riddles section if you want to try it out. I know how it is to feel unwelcome. The Religion & Spirituality group was too hostile towards Christians for me to enjoy the questions and answers there. Good luck, whatever you decide to do.

Hey friend,We ALL have had this moment.Look at violations as a badge of honour,you have annoyed one of the prissies or got the attention of a troll or two.YQ&A is like life,you can't be everyones friend,but there are those of us who giggle at your jokes and adore your sense of humour.Would you take that away from us? NO, Stay please, I went through a wee spell of nearly every thing I wrote be it question or answer it was reported and I got a V notice. It will calm, down the Trolls are just trying to break our spirit. Look at all the thumbs down I've had today for nothing at all. they are just SILLY IDIOTS..

I don't think you should leave us, folks seem to really enjoy your posts. I don't always have time to answer every question or have an answer for each one, but I read them.
I looked at your profile and noticed you do not have your questions and answers set to 'private'. Most of us do this because if you don't, someone can decide to go back and make a 'report' on any of them. It's up to you, but that's my suggestion, since someone has started reporting you.

Very very sad isn't it. Went over to R&S and P&S to take a look and they ANYTHING goes on those sites. Stories, jokes rants, threats of death and violence and no one takes a blind bit of notice.
Dare to be REMOTELY funny, use a comma instead of an apostrophy, forget to dot your i or cross your t and you get violated on this site!!!
WHAT IS GOING ON=== why do some sites get away with blue, blinking murder but here we have to be soooo straight laced and perfect little mr and mrs???
You know who it is why cant we do something. An online petition or something!!!!
