I don't know whether North Korea has a constitution or not. You might be able to find out at the U.N.

I agree with Coragryph: we ARE one of them; we have a constitution, but those in power don't seem to pay any attention to it.

When we were attacked, Congress sang "God Bless America" then abdicated all of their Constitutional responsibilities. BushCo simply HATES that document, and they do everything they can to undermine it.

(The problem is older than that, as the Constitution was designed to NOT have an absolute ruler, but the office of president has gotten more and more power over time.)

Again, I don't know which countries do and don't have constitutions, and think you could find out at www.unitednations.org.

It's probably safe to say that any country without a constitution is a candidate for dictatorial and autocratic, though not all contries with constitutions are immune from the charge.

The US is one -- or at least, rapidly becoming one over the past half-decade -- and that is because our govt is ignoring its Constitution.

Others include US allies like Libya and Saudi Arabia -- as well as US enemies like Cuba.
