yez i do
and i have a ex. to prove it
me and this guy hated each other in our junior year togther
he was so ****** rude to me
i never got to answer a question in public without a rude remark from him
so one day i just decided to stop fighting him and start being polite ><;]
and he got so freaked out about it and so annoyed that he finally just left me alone
it took awhile but i worked out perfectly

ive never seem it, but i know that you can overkill the use of kindness and make it into a joke, then it wont even be complimentary anymore and it was never really that funny. that could really lower someones self esteem

i knew someone who did this very well! she got on my last nerve! she was very good at getting people to do things for her as she sat on her @ss. i have no respect for these people.
being nice is one thing. but, it's their motives behind the "nice" that's important.
