2*tan(5x)*sec²(5x)*5 = 10 tan(5x)sec²(5x)

Repeated application of the chain rule.

y = tan ² (5x)
y = (tan 5x) ²
dy/dx = 2 (tan 5x) (5 sec ² 5x)
dy/dx = 10 tan 5x sec ² 5x
