Find a common denominator. In this case 3, 4 and 6 are all factors of 12.

Now express each number with 12 in the denominator.
11/3 (multiply top and bottom by 4)
= 44/12

14/4 (multiply top and bottom by 3)
= 42/12

15/3 (multiply top and bottom by 4)
= 60/12

23/6 (multiply top and bottom by 2)
= 46/12

Now it is easy to put them in order:
42/12 = 14/4
44/12 = 11/3
46/12 = 23/6
60/12 = 15/3

The answer is:
14/4, 11/3, 23/6, 15/3

Do your own homework

First off make all of the denominators (the numbers underneath) the same, by multiplying. We know that 3,4 and 6 all go into 12. So we simply times
11/3 by 4 to get 44/12
14/4 by 3 to get 42/12
15/3 by 4 to get 60/12
23/6 by 2 to get 46/12

We then see that the order from least to greatest is:
14/4
11/3
23/6
15/3

But seriously do your own homework =D

p.s I didn't really understand what you're asking but if it was wrong then just e-mail.
