I am 14 years old and I am want to get a job. I have been working with web design for a couple of years and have masters HTML and most CSS. Does any one know where I could find a job working as a web designer and what would a good salary be?

You aren't likely at age 14 to get a job as an employee. Those jobs typically go to someone who has a college degree in some type of IT with specialization in web design. You might be able to find small companies who want a website, don't have one, and would pay you to set one up for them. But realize that there is a lot more to web design and implementation than HTML and CSS.

Sorry to say that it could be hard to get a job at 14. I know you are probably very good at web desiging, but age is always crapper. But try to post an ad that you can design a website in newspaper, www.craigslist.com, and other places. Hope the best for you man, and Good job at mastering at this field. Internet business is growing fast and will grow fast for very long time. I just opened e-commerce business, I gonna be online retailer. 8) Good luck man.

You are 14. They still will want to probably pay you only minimum wage. Your best shot is to try craigslist or some freelance site to get individual jobs. Or start your own business.
