Is there a grammar website which will check your grammar for you, like dictionary.com.

Because my question is: what is the correct grammatic form of this phrase. "What happen?" or "What happened?"

It's "what happened" because "what happen" doesn't work.

If you are asking about something in the past, the proper grammar would be 'What happened?' If you are asking about something that is happening as you are asking, you should ask 'What is happening?' For the 'future' you should ask 'What will happen?' or 'What could happen?'
Grammar is something that 'changes' with the time and location, and it's partly the language being used that determines it, but it could also be 'correctly stated' in another form in an area with a 'distinct dialect' ...
I've never heard of any 'grammar websites' but even if there are any, I would urge you to be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS about using it, because I have a 'grammar check' on both of my word processors, and they are both 'wrong' more than they are 'correct' when they are 'checking' what I have written. So ... do a 'search' using the words 'grammar correction' and 'grammar check' and see if you can find a GOOD website ... but the 'read the words aloud' and LISTEN to them to be sure they are 'truly correct' and not just 'grammatically correct.' Sometimes, 'grammatically' just doesn't 'sound correct' and you can 'hear it' if you say the words aloud.

There may be some websites, but you may have to pay. A word processor only checks your spelling. I have never heard of a free site that checks your grammar.

What happen? would not be grammatically correct.
What happened? would be grammatically correct

When you are using Microsoft Word, it normally will check your grammar for you.

It's what happened b/c it's past tense and happen is present.
Just like it'd be "How's it going?" instead of "How's it go?"
Sorta, not a very good ex., sorry!
Grammar=CONFUSING

Oh and there's a bunch of sites where you can download crap for grammar(wouldn't go for it, a bunch look like spam!), but I don't think anybody really has put the time in to make a site like that, sorry!

Good luck =D

What happened is the correct form for past tense or rather referring to something that has passed..

What happens is the correct form for present tense or speaking of something that is happening now.

What will happen is the correct form for future tense.

Yes, there appears to be just such a website. I haven't had a chance to use it, but...
http://www.spellchecker.net/spellcheck/
This site reports to check spelling, grammar and provide a thesaurus.
Hope this helps.

I am uncertain if there is a grammar site, but the proper usage is certainly "what happened."
