60 secs in a minute,
60 mins in an hour,
24 hours in a day.
So: 60*60*24 = 86,400.

12 inches in a foot,
3 feet in a yard,
1760 yards in a mile.
So: 12*3*1760 = 63,360

Multiply the number of seconds in a minute by the number of minutes in an hour. Take that answer and multiply it by the number of hours in a day.

The second one is the same kind of thing...
Multiply the number of inches in a foot bu the number of feet in a mile.

You can use a calculator as well as I can... probably better.
