The issuing agency will tell you to contact the processing agency for your administrative hearing and the processing agency will tell you to contact the issuing agency for your administrative review. Technically they're both right. You will continue to contact them both and they will tell you this over and over until the clock has run out. Put everything in writing!

You do not have to pay $70 to the issuing agency for your administrative review. You will have to pay $70 to the processing agency for your administrative hearing. Be sure to ask the issuing agency for a copy of the photograph during your administrative review. This may help you decide on whether or not you wish to pursue the administrative hearing if the parking ticket has not already been canceled thus far.

*/End of Line.

Here in Milwaukee it's better to just pay the ticket. By the time you take off from work, park the car and plug another parking meter and go into court to wait your turn, the meter runs out and you get another ticket. When you finally talk to the judge you're likely to lose anyway and you end up with two tickets. I contested a speeding ticket, got it lowered to a speedometer malfunction with less points but the fine increased $80.00 more dollars. Good luck, BAX

Go to the court House and ask to see the judge.
