What are some ways that race has been used to rationalized inequality?
and how has race been used to shift attention(and responsibility away from opressors and towards the target of opression)?

Frist off, by its very exsistence it creates inequality. By definition the term RACE creates "precieved" difference by individuals that don't understand the true nature behind science or sciencetific terms. Becuase of this, they look for differences, that don't even exsist. Mostly due to mans great ability to try and understand in a way that propietiates his survival. Becuase of this term, --it gave us humans or rather by our own nutural processes we gave the term--, we had a scientific reason, to seperate ourselves from other humans, even if all it was, was skin color, culture, and orgin. All that aside, the ignorance created by humans ego's to try and understand how the different percieved races exsisted in his reality did what humans do best, shifted the blame from the "higher" order race to the "lower" order race as nothing more then a simple matter of keeping the "lower" order race in check. All this was not the true reality, just the precieved reality, but such is man.....
