ahh i don't know i consider high to be anything above like 70 ish and anything below 70 to about 30 is middle and below that low I guess I am in canada though and in a part of canada where like our housing is a lot cheaper but not sure if that really makes a difference.

low under 75..middle 75 to 350,middle upper 350-750, upper class 1 million and up
