Its about these two guys in a car and then they get followed by this huge weird car that supposedly has a monster in it. Then they meet this girl who falls in love with one of them and she helps them.

IMDB summary:
While driving in a highway to the wedding of his beloved Betty-Ann, Adam is surprised by his former schoolmate Harley on the backseat of his car. Adam has broken off with the inconvenient and moron Harley because of Betty-Ann. Along their road trip, Harley makes fun of some rednecks in a bar and later their car is chased by a giant monster truck on the road. After some incidents, they give a lift to the hitchhiker Sarah and soon the trio is terrorized by a scary monster driving the monster truck.

I must admit that I haven't been brave enough to sit through this one but have read reviews and descriptions. Also, it crops up on a couple of movie channels a lot, so I see those listings. Maybe someday I'll try it.
It also sounds like "Joy Ride", as one poster states. However, "Rusty Nail", the man pursuing the three young people, drives a regular semi-truck, not a "huge weird car". Of course, "Monster Man" drives a truck, too.
Is it possible that there is yet another movie out there?
