It's QUIT CLAIM FORM, not QUIKE! Look under QUIT CLAIM FORM. They can also be purchased in any store such as Office Depot or Office Max.

They are called "quit claim forms". You can call your local court house they might have them. The best thing I can tell you to do is consult your local attorney. They are around $100 to draw up but they guarantee them to work.

You are referring to a "Quick Claim" form. Check with a local title company, or you may even be able to purchase them at a store like "Office Max", "Staples" or "Office Depot". They will be generic but should work for title transfer purposes.

They are called quit claim forms, and if you DON'T know what they are, I highly advise you to have an attorney to draw one up.
They are a legal instrument.

You really should see a real estate attorney. Quit claim or any other deed isn't a do it yourself project. Spend a little now to get it done right rather than a whole lot later on cause it's done wrong.

It's QUIT claim. And since you can't spell it, I'd strongly suggest that you shouldn't be signing one without legal advice.
