What do you think. More or less ignorant and arogant than Big Steinbrenner?

Hank Steinbrenner is quickly becoming one of the top candidates for Least Worthy Of Status Bestowed Through Nepotism And Having The Right Family Name, alongside Joe Buck and that village idiot in DC.

its yankee arrogance, the kind that his father had but had the good sence to never come out and really say. If Giradi is taking over like the reports say, things could get tough in NY very quickly. Arod is gone, torre is gone, Mattingly said he isnt interested in being a coach next yr, and if Rivera, Pettite, and Posada bolt, the team will still be good, but it wont be the same...and Giradi has a habit of overusing young pitchers..and if he does that he will be gone in 2 yrs or less. I think that Hank is doing what used to be called blowing smoke or whistling in the dark. He isnt George and that kind of attitude may have him looking up at teams like Boston and Toronto in the near future. I think Hank wants to make his own legacy and it may not be quite what Yankee fans have had over the 12 yrs...Dont get the steak knives out yet, but with tha tkind of thinking in the front office, there may be some dishes of crow coming up for the Yankee management

Didn't you know that? That's been our slogon for about 2 yrs now,Yankee Universe,But it's a pretty stupid comment to make after the red sox won the world series,A big congrats would have been the right thing to do!

Its like the other guy said, its because he lost one of the top 3 managers in history and now his best player doesn't even want to be there so it only going to go down hill

next yr the yankees finish 3rd in the AL East behind the sox and jays, calling it now

arod=gone( no he isn't going to Boston)
torre=gone (im a red sox fan and i have nothing but respect for him)
Posada= best thing for him to do is leave
pettite= ur the only good pitcher they have for the season and postseason (wang only good in season)

Hank Steinbrenner sucks that whole universe. I bet he thinks 1 universe is equal to like 11 people or something,

I don't think the Yankee's has the universe any more, What they have now is the purgatory. What can you expect from an "IGNORANT" Steinbrenner. It's Redsox Nation Ruling the World, Enjoying their prime time,

He's bitter...losing a great manager and his best player, and watching the Sox win the whole thing drove him over the edge...the Yanks are a hell of a team, but they haven't had the universe since 2000, and that's a fact...

Like it or not you are talking Yankees. That's what it is all about. The more you discuss them the more interest there is and the more money they make. Say what you will, the Yankees Universe or as Yankee fans like to call themselves, the "Evil Empire", makes money.

The Nation rules over the Universe right now. That may confuse geography majors, but baseball fans will get it right away.
