i do too. Its like all of your problems just get lifted away. Almost get lost in the woods.
I dont know about you, but i always day dream in the forest, thats probably why my problems seem to fade away. Its also easier to leave all the modern things behind and not have to deal with anyone for a while.

Actually everyday. At about 7:45 every night I go outside and go down into the woods and walk for about and hour.I'm just completely shut out from the world, listening to my music...And I could care less what's happening around me.This is part of the reason why I've developed the nickname Hippie...The other reasons are better left unknown.
So yeah I know how it feels for all your anger or frustration to go away with just a simple walk in nature...It kind of cures you in a way..

Yes. I have a hill side of native bush behind my house and if I'm upset or angry, I take off into the bush and go and sit by the waterfall. The combination of the sound of the water and the bird song plus the feel of the bush has me back on track in no time. It's magic.

You must find nature very relaxing. Earthy colours are soothing and peaceful for the mind, and so are all the sounds around you. The birds, the wind against leaves and little insects working.

I also like woodland walks because it reminds me of walking somewhere nice and foresty in Lord of the Rings.

Yes I love walking in the woods as well. Another thing that relaxes me is water. I love to just look at a lake or ocean and it seems to calm me.

Just enjoying and absorbing nature is so peaceful to me.

Just taking a walk, period, is enough to calm me down.
Taking a long walk in the woods would be extra.
Yes, so relaxing.

Me, in the back of my house I have a big forest, so when I feel that way too i go there and i fel better, i think we need moments for ourselves to be alone and think. and being connected to nature and don't hear any noises, it's pretty relaxing and it refreshes me.

Yes, me too - I love walking in trees - luckily I live near several quite extensive stands of woodland.
Very calming & therapeutic.
