Mars has permanent water-ice caps at both poles and seasonal caps of frozen carbon dioxide.

Mostly dry ice, which is frozen carbon dioxide. But there is a water ice part that is much smaller and is usually buried under the dry ice part in winter.

Both answers are correct about the dry ice, but there is no hard evidence of water ice being present.
