Tomorrow i have to get a enema for the first time . I hear it's where they squirt water up your butt but that's all i know. does it hurt a lot? do i have to take off my clothes?
i'm embarassed about it a lot. do i have to stand up or what do i do? what if i make my cheeks tight together or try to so they cant put it in?
does it make me go to the bathroom the same way or diffferent and longer?

Yes, they squirt liquid up your butt. It doesn't hurt but it feels weird. They'll tell you to hold it as long as you can, then you'll waddle to the bathroom for relief.
Don't fight it...it'll just make it more painful for you.

Enemas are one of the easiest ways to get things moving.

no need to be so worried .It dose not hurt all it is one of 2 things old way is they put warm soapy water with a small tube into you bottom and only a little way in that takes no more than a minute or the up to date way is a small oval shape tablet that u can put in yourself & they give you com ky jellj so it slides in easy .then in about 20 minutes or less to go and empty your bouwls and you dont have to take your clothes of just drop your pants in it gos them it up to u the next part

You did not mention if it's for medical reasons, fun, or just because you are plugged up. If it's for medical reasons, they will take care of that at the doctors office or the hospital. If it is because you are plugged up, than read the directions on the box. If it's for fun, than good luck.
